Our Promise

At Atlantic Store (atlanticstore.us), we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all returns are unused, undamaged, and include original packaging and labels.

If your product is found to be faulty within the lifetime warranty period, you are covered by our manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

30-Day Returns

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and include original labels and tags. Items returned otherwise may not be eligible for a refund.

We offer a partial refund covering the item price minus shipping fees, with return shipping fees at your expense. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@atlanticstore.us with your reason for return, order number, and, if applicable, photos or videos of the item.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning the item for personal reasons, you will cover the return shipping fees.
  • Our Error: If the item received is incorrect or damaged, Atlantic Store will cover the return shipping fee.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:

To cancel your order before it ships, contact us within 24 hours at contact@atlanticstore.us. Please provide your order number and details. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

After Shipment:

If you need to cancel after shipment, reject the package upon delivery. You will receive a refund minus shipping fees once we receive the returned item.

Returns & Exchanges

For any return or exchange, contact us at contact@atlanticstore.us. Please notify us in advance and include details such as order number and reason for return.

  • Defective Item: If your item is faulty, please contact us for a replacement or full refund.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, you may either keep it for a partial refund or request the correct item. We may provide a free return label.
  • Item Damaged in Transit: If the item is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us. Alternatively, reach out to request a refund or replacement, and provide photos or videos if necessary.
  • Lost or Missing Item: If your package is lost, contact our customer service team with your order and tracking numbers to initiate a claim.

Warranty Exemptions and Notes

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. If you require a replacement due to such issues, please contact us for a paid replacement or spare parts.

To minimize delays, please provide:
